Thiruveer Reddy
Thiruveer Reddy, known mononymously as Thiruveer (born Tirupathi Reddy; born 23 July 1988), is an Indian actor, theatre director, and writer who works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He worked as a radio jockey for AIR FM Rainbow 101.9 under the name RJ Thiru. He has acted in theatre productions including *Gograhanam* and *Razakar*, and founded the theatre group Popcorn Theatre, directing productions such as *Amma Cheppina Katha* and *Daawat*. He received the J. V. Narasimha Rao Young Theatre Scholar Award in 2017 He made his feature-film debut as Mallesh in *Bommalaramaram* (2016) and appeared as V. Murthy in the submarine thriller *The Ghazi Attack* (2017). His subsequent films included *Ye Mantram Vesave* (2018), *Subhalekha+Lu* (2018), and the biographical drama *Mallesham* (2019). He played the antagonist Lalan Singh in Jeevan Reddy's student-political biopic *George Reddy* (2019), for which he won the Zee Cine Award Telugu for Best Performance in a Negative Role. He played Rangarao in Karuna Kumar's period social drama *Palasa 1978* (2020), earning nominations for the SIIMA Award and Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor – Telugu. He later appeared as Tirumala Naidu in Nani's family action drama *Tuck Jagadish* (2021). He played Gopi Krishna in Sai Kiran's supernatural horror mystery *Masooda* (2022) and appeared in Rupak Ronaldson's rustic comedy *Pareshan* (2023), presented by Rana Daggubati. He also starred in Rahul Srinivas's romantic drama *The Great Pre-Wedding Show* (2025). His streaming work includes the web series *Sin* (2020), *Metro Kathalu* (2020), *Kumari Srimathi* (2023), alongside Nithya Menen, and *Moksha Pattam* (2025). His other feature-film credits include *Papam Prathap* (2026), Bharat Dharshan's *Oh..! Sukumari* (2026), opposite Aishwarya Rajesh, and the period drama *Bhagavanthudu*.
