Long Island schoolteachers Brian and Amy both grew up dreaming of living on the water in a small town. Now that they have started a family, they want that life for their two daughters. Their jobs, family, and friends make Long Island's fabled South Shore the perfect location to make their vision a reality, but low inventory and high prices mean their realtor, Joe Savio, has his work cut out for him.
