When Flute goes for surgery to have a second testicle put in, he finds an unexpected side effect is being able to see the future anytime he is hit in the balls. But the joy of being psychic all comes crashing down when he sees a vision of himself proposing to Martinez and he must stop this future before it becomes his reality. Summers and Pentos find themselves arguing over who is Flute’s best friend.
