Pat Matter is a methamphetamine dealer who rises through the ranks to become President of the Minnesota Hells Angels. He builds a drug empire, but when a bloody war breaks out with a rival biker gang, Pat is busted. And he must choose between his loyalty to the club and his love for his family.
