Now that their kids are off to college, a couple are downsizing and looking for a tiny house in Boulder, Colo. They have a budget of $75,000 to make it happen, but they can't agree on size or style. He wants a small rustic cabin, however, she would like something more modern with enough space for a full-size kitchen. Will these empty nesters be able to compromise and find a tiny home that suits them both?
