Geoff and Lorraine are empty nesters who want more room for when their expanding extended family comes to visit. Geoff thinks a new home is in order, while Lorraine has too many memories to let go of their home. Realtor Todd needs to convince sentimental Lorraine that a new home is where the heart is. And Designer Jillian and her team must reconfigure a choppy floor plan to show Geoff there's no place like his current home. Can Geoff and Lorraine both love their home again or will they list it?
