Father of four Ian is rushed in after suffering a cardiac arrest, while another man is bleeding so heavily he risks losing his entire circulatory system. Meanwhile, Ken has fallen from a roof onto a skip, leaving him with a gaping wound to his thigh and potentially life-threatening injuries to his pelvis and spine, and Dr Nayak helps Michael, who has suffered a severe stroke.
