Murphy goes undercover in a convent when a young nun apparently commits suicide and a second vanishes. Posing as a priest, he finds any number of suspects. The older nuns obviously have a secret and are in league with a pharmaceutical firm. Murphy suspects they may be participating in illegal or unauthorised drug trials in their African mission.

The Group

Murphy finds himself before a disciplinary review board after having shot a suspect during an arrest and soon out of the force completely. He approaches psychologist Mark Maddison, who runs a support group for individuals who have have lost someone to violent crimes. In fact, Murphy is undercover as at least three suspects have been killed and all had some connection to a member of the group. However, Murphy's loyalties are torn when they provide him with the identity of the man who killed his daughter years earlier.
